Prima-Tech-Pro Ltd. offers to its customers the design of the PCB topology. When customer provides a master circuit diagram, a list of elements (value, tolerance and passive body, type and body of the active elements) and external dimensions, he receives a finished product.

    For the production of bare PCBs we use approved subcontractors that offer excellent quality ratio, delivery times and price. All boards are delivered with an internal electrical test.

     Our product range includes Single-sided Printed Circuit Boards, Two-sided PCBs, Multilayer PCBs - up to 12 layers

     Technological capabilities for bare PCBs:

• Minimum bus - 200 μm

• Minimum distance - 180 μm for FR4 base material with 18 μm Cu

• Minimal metalized hole - 0.3mm

• Number of layers - up to 12 layers.

• Materials: FR4, FR2, Polyimide Flexible, CEM1, CEM3, AlCu, Rogers.

• Thicknesses from 0.20mm to 3.20mm - vary depending on the type of material used.

• Copper foil thickness: 18 μm, 35 μm, 70 μm, 105 μm, 140 μm, 175 μm

• Coatings: unleaded HAL, lead HAL, chem. Ni / Au, Chem. Sn, Passivation (OSP)

• Machining: Drilling, milling, scoring.

• Protective mask: Photo mask, epoxy mask, UV mask with different color range

• Marking inscription: Single sided, double sided with color range white, yellow, black

• Peeling mask: A durable, high-temperature peeling mask suitable for lead-free brazing technologies. It is used to protect the mounting holes or platforms in the "solder-wave" process.

• Electrical test: 100% electrical assurance test. 

• Input data: We work with Gerber RS-274, Gerber RS-274-X, Cadstar, Protel.

• Gerber files. Both units mil or mm are allowed

• Drill files – format of any choice

• Production batches expected

     Information covering manufacturing technology expected:

• Type and thickness of base material (FR4, 1.55mm comes as a standard), Copper thickness (35 um comes as a standard)

• Solder mask color (green comes as standard)

• Copper pad finish (lead-free HASL comes as standard)

• Silkscreen color (white comes as standard)

• Specific requirements for eg: complicated millings, edge connectors (goldfinger), impedance control, etc.
