Lead time
We are proud of our quick turn time for our PCBA services. Our service ranges from 1 working day to 10-15 working days depends on the batch quantity and complexity. Please choose appropriate time option to fit your schedule and budget. Due to the complexity of how to determine the lead time of PCBA services, our policy is that order begins immediately after all the parts and boards are in our store and all the PCB files (Gerber files,other PCB files, etc.), Centroid (Pick & Place PNP file, or XY Data or files in other formats), BOM, and all other necessary data or documents/images/photos are provided complete for our assembly work.

Bill of materials (BOM) of the components intended for assembly in preferred format XLS.

Assembly drawings of both PCB sides in preferred format Gerber or PDF. Drawing content: SMD and TH components outlines and designators (C1, R2, U30). Other data like components values are not desirable on assembly drawings.

Instruction of installation of non-standard mounted components if any.
