Components Delivery and Kitting

     We prefer to supply all the parts for our PCBA services. We only source from reliable suppliers and will always ask for your approval before making any decisions. For most Kitting suppliers, their responsibility ends when they have shipped the Kit. Not for Prima-Tech-Pro Ltd. As your primary material supplier, we take on total responsibility for all the activities. Prima-Tech-Pro Ltd. will entirely customize each individual customer’s requirement, from packaging & labeling, to levels of attrition, type of component, even individually binning components to customer specifications.

     If you decide to send your free issued components, please send us all the components with up to date BOM file and detailed packing list indicating item number, customer or manufacturer’s part number and quantity in kit.      If you want partial delivery of some parts, this is our regular practice that you offer the main devices and components or the components you have, while we source the rest for you. Again, we will ask for your approval on every details of the parts concerning price, quality and availability.

     Furthermore, our customized Kitting service can also include wire (cut, strip & tinning service available), electro-mechanical sub-assemblies (manufactured in-house, box build, etc), plastics, metal-work and even labels & packaging for final built product.

    Prima-Tech-Pro Ltd. supplies a wide range of electronic components for surface and conventional mounting, connectors, displays and any parts and consumables necessary for manufacturing. Through our well-established relationship with suppliers, we can supply all the parts and materials necessary to manufacture your product for the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost. The customer can choose whether to deliver the components themselves or to assign our purchase to us. As we are constantly working on many projects, we are constantly looking for an optimal balance between cost, quality and delivery times.
